Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard Shipping — we offer UPS and USPS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at eadesignsjewelry.com so we can file a claim.
